Telkom Mobile pathetic

Telkom's LTE and cell coverage has declined tremendously over the last few weeks in the Laudium area. Speeds are less than 1.5Mbps during peak times and cell phone signal drops to 2 bars. I'll be cancelling my contacts with this company. Their call centre is useless and refuses to log any faults for investigations.
