Telkom Mobile Package Change

We had an issue where they stole our telkom lines and were without onternet for more than 6 weeks. I took out a telkom mobile contract 200gb day 200gb nightowl just to get internet. 5 days after I took out the telkom mobile contract they fixed our telkom lines. Telkom is there still a way to downgrade the current telkom mobile contract to the lowest package and replace the telkom mobile contract with a 20mbps vdsl package so that I can use the telkom mobile as a backup? Please advise asap? Telkom Call desk advised that I am unable to cancel or downgrade the package. Please take in account that we were unable to use the service and had to make another plan to get internet? Please contact me urgently?
