Telkom Mobile owes me R99 of data that I bought.

So today I bought the R99 Telkom Mobile data bundle off of the Standard Bank App and I got a message that told me that 5Gbs was loaded. Now this was strange because R99 does not buy you that much.

My data works for a little while, then an hour later I lose connection. At first I thought the network was down. I buy 35mbs worth to test and it went through.

Where is the R99 worth of data I bought?
