Telkom mobile over charging again

<p>Last year I upgraded my telkom mobile account from 10gb to 20gb and in my contract I clearly stated that I dont want out bundle charging rates when my internet is finished I will top it up myself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now for 20gb I am suppose to pay 399 but every month I am paying 844+ clearly they are letting me go into out of data bundle rates my internet has been suspended because I cannot pay 844+ every month after I called them they gave me this case nr. ********** 7 and said its been resolved and again my contract was done at telkom wonderpark </p>
