Telkom mobile over billing accounts

Telkom is busy over billing me and creating unnecessary charges They dont reconcile thier book and they blame us and charge fees they are also not professional they keep promising ti get back to me yet they are busy debiting amounts not agreed messing up our credit records

This behavior is unacceptable... I logged a dispute with them instead of resolving the are just rushing to debiting my accounts
