Telkom Mobile Online Upgrades Sucks
<p>I have received two sms'es from Telkom Mobile Online upgrades confirming my upgrade, however there is no handset received. I have been dialing the 10213 number for the past five days waiting for more than 30 minutes on the line and no answer. Your service really sucks. Please give me ffedback asap so that I know whether to cancel my two existing contracts or not since your service sucks.</p>
