Telkom Mobile - nuisance calls

Honestly fed up with the amount of nuisance calls I get from Telkom mobile, I keep asking them to stop phoning me but a day later they are at it again. Looking through my call history for this week I have about 15 calls so far, really regretting having them as a provider.
