Telkom Mobile not wanting my money

I have been with Telkom for many years, many different top end devices purchased. I have recently purchased the Note 10+ (August) and now want to also have an iPhone 11 Pro Max....

I app****, approved and told my device will be with me in 7-14 working days, this was on the 22nd of September. We are now on the 15th of October, I have no device, nor can your call centre help me at all, not even the managers that it gets escalated too.... *** Telkom, do you not want my money??

Please review your sales people, the managers and the rest of the staff as I am now at my wits end!!
