TELKOM Mobile not serious about Sales

<p>I have been trying to purchase a cellphone since last week Thursday.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned the call centre a couple of times but struggled to reach the sales team. I eventually app**** online in hopes that they phone me back...nothing! I contact the inbound sales team that promised to pass it onto the outbound team but still nothing.....Is Telkom that wealthy that they don't make an effort for a sale?</p> <p> </p> <p>Wow....I am tempted to go back to Cell C </p>
