Telkom Mobile not resolving problems

Telkom Mobile has decided to lock my phone even when i explained to them i have been doing alternative payments which are up to date. Their service is very poor even when you phone 180 they don't pick up. Its either you lock complain online or at the store but still after that the agents are incapable of assisting when they call. I have notified them i won't make payment this month end as i don't have their service.
