Telkom Mobile not porting my number since 2016

<p>Good morning</p> <p>I have been trying unsuccessfully to port my FNB number to Telkom Mobile ever since I took out my Telkom Mobile contract in 2016. I have been in the Telkom shop multiple times, requested the port to be done again and again, and each time hear that the problem is with FNB or some other excuse. Everyone from 10210 advises me to go into the Telkom store AGAIN.</p> <p>I wasthen advised by Gladys Mothibedi from Telkom Menlyn to obtain my account number from FNB and supply it directly to her via email. I have done so on 6 February, after which she advised the port was unsuccessful again but that she will resubmit.</p> <p>Ever since then she has been ignoring my follow up emails requesting feedback on 7 Feb and 14 Feb. I can not go into the Telkom shop every day to follow up, what can the problem be? I have submitted everything that is required but still the port won't go through and everyone I speak to tells me a different story or disappears from the radar.</p> <p>PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME, I just want to port my number. As a consumer I am helpless if everybody I speak with at Telkom is unable/unwilling to help me.</p> <p> </p>
