Telkom mobile not cancelling my month to month contract!!!

<p>I have taken a month to month data contract with Telkom mobile. Now Telkom says that I only require to give them 21 working days notice and they will gladly cancel my contract... All good and well on paper, HOWEVER... ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS AND MANY PHONE CALLS SINCE I HAVE CONTACTED THEM TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND STILL NOTHING!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>All that the agents have being saying is they will escalate the matter. This is highly unacceptable and I will recommend everyone NOT to take a data contract with Telkom as you can get a better deal elsewhere. *HINT, banks offer better deals...</p> <p>Ps.</p> <p>On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a -12!</p> <p> </p>
