Telkom Mobile Northgate Sucks!!!

My husbands phone starting giving problems just one week after upgrading. We took the phone in to Telkom Mobile Northgate and they send it in for repairs and said it will only take 21 days to repair. It is more than a month now and every time we phone in they say they will phone us back and let us know what is happening but no response from them at all!!! Now they dont even answer their phone, it has been 5 days they dont even pick up the phone at their branch! Even phoned the call centre and they did not even get back to us!!! Very bad and dissapointing service!!!!!!
