Telkom Mobile No Value for your Money Just rif off

My account was suspended and debit order went through on the 25th and been told that my account to be restored they say it would take 7 days which I personal feel is unfair based on the following: Normal debit orders supposed to take around 24 hours to clear but on Telkom , Iam told that it would take about 7 days for them to clear off for what good reason I clearly do not know and the consultants also themselves cannot even explain it . Iam on contract package and basically all the data not utilised for that month you forfeit so now in my case my line has been blocked and meaning all my data I had before my line was closed I would by default forfeit and is clearly not fair because I must now buy extra data which cost me more. Clearly I do not know understand it why I should be paying for something that iam not enjoying the benefit because of the long wait and and my data for last month being forfeited and having to pay for another data extra to be connected . Where is the value of my money if we are being **********.
