TELKOM MOBILE NO SUSPENDED

It has been more than 48 hours since my line has been suspended for number *** and yet walked into Clear Water mall Telkom shop and was told by Monday it would be on as debit of R398 was deducted on my fnb account and it is reflecting but nothing has been done still. I still can not make any calls and get data.
