Telkom mobile no signal 3 weeks

Telkom mobile service been down almost for 3 weeks now! When calling for the help desk to complain or log a call they keep transferring me and eventually get cut off we pay for a service that is not working no telkom signal on mobile for 3 Weeks in Graskop Mpumalanga I want answers I'm so frustrated will not recommend telkom to anyone! There must be a issue with the tower in Graskop but seems to be impossible to get a call logged or even reported utterly **** service
