Telkom Mobile - No Service for 3 Weeks

For over a year now I have had a telkom mobile internet connection. It has been heaven. Super speeds, perfect connection. We also had 3 Telkom Mobile cellphones in our office (my office is 600m from my house.) My boss and I were so impressed that we recently added another 2 Telkom Mobile contracts at the office. And then our worlds crashed. We have had no signal and no internet connection for the last 3 weeks. It says you are connected, but takes a minimum of 5 minutes to open a web page. I have called, I have reset the modem, I have tried another modem.... The cellphones are pretty much useless. Then last week I call again - only to be told that my area is not covered my Telkom?!? They told us our area has never been covered. Have I imagined the last year? Nobody seems to know what is going on. Please help. Many others in our area are complaining. Has a tower near us gone down or something?
