Telkom mobile no service

Telkom mobile has the worst service. My lines has been down for 4 months calls has been logged i have been to the stores to speak to somone. I have been calling them every 2nd day just to be tokd the back office will call me back. Lines suspended or disabled for 4 months and now they expecting me to pay them 4k for tge 4 months iv been without service. Still waiting for som1 to call to resolve my issue.
