Telkom mobile no response to LTE problem

During the middle of March 2016, my LTE broadband data throughput, which has been great for 18 months, suddenly dropped to 0.5 Mbps during the day yet works fine at night. I reported this to Telkom's call center on the 28th March, got a reference number (***9) but nothing has been done yet, 2 weeks after the case was opened. I have called the call center (much frustration), spoken to a \manager\", and each time I'm told that they have noted my call. This is a business service - surely this level of service must be the worst ever!<br> <br> Telkom's LTE service has been fantastic (technically) so far, but to get this issue resolved! What a nightmare."
