Telkom Mobile - No Reaction
<p>I pre-ordered an iPhone 7 on Telkom's website. Nobody contacted me since then, not even a confirmation email or sms. I then walked into the Telkom Mobile outlet at Game in Centurion Mall, and 4 staff members sitting there completely clueless. I then phoned the call center and she took my details and said someone will call me.....Its now 2 days later and no call. What the ...?</p> <p> </p>

So after my initial post, someone did call me from Telkom, and actually handed the request over to the Upgrades department whom contacted me and took down my order telephonically. Cool, this was 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for the delivery. I then phoned Telkom Upgrades section several times last week in an effort to track down my order. I then insisted to talk to the Manager, a mister Thulani Mokoena and asked him to TAKE OWNERSHIP. This was last week Thursday. I then emailed him on Friday - still no response.
Telkom Mobile - WHAT THE HELL? Is this how to treat existing customers? I'm sure the moment I stop my payments you will be all over me...?
