Telkom Mobile no internet

I am battling to use my uncapped LTE as there are no data traffic. I have full signal to the tower [4G++] and still no data. Cant use Netflix, Facebook, or connect to work servers during the day. Fibre is not even available where i stay. Everytime they are doing Fibre in the street they say its Telkom Home Fibre [1st time was 2019 and added 2 times Fibre after] still not available to apply for fibre. Definitely not worth going for any Telkom data options anymore.
