Telkom mobile no good.....

I've changed over to telkom mobile sim cards a few months ago, and I have been dissapointed eversince, cant log into internet even if I have 4G+ full bars network coverage, mobile data is on, LTE/2G/3G/4G/5G set, data roaming on, 9gigs minimum available but cant even access internet, cant open apps, games nothing. Useless..... What am I paying for...
