Telkom mobile nightmare

<p>On the 07July i app**** for mobile on-line, 10 July it was approved and on 13 July debit order went throught, Now apparently the courier company came to deliver on 21 July after 17:00 of which i was long gone as the address of delivery is my workplace. courier company told me my mobile was sent back to the sender which is Telkom, Now i have been phoning telkom nonstop trying to get my mobile delivered to me, Call center agent seems to be so clueless, now i dont know what to do anymore, i mean you can't really wait for mobile for almost a month to be delivered?? </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
