Telkom Mobile Night Surfer Data

Seeing how expensive data is in our country, if you are fortunate enough to afford a mobile data package, surely the expectation is to get a proper network coverage in most instances. I have been struggling with my Night Surfer Data from Telkom for the last three weeks, its come to a point where I'm really irate simply because I am paying for a service that I am not getting. I wake up early to work and take advantage of the fact that I have sufficient data to do so, only to struggle time and time again to get online simply because there's is no network.

Someone please tell me what the hell am I paying for if I cant access the Night Surfer data that I am entitled.

I am getting really frustrated and tired of accepting that I can not work with the data you supposedly provide me at night, again what am I paying for???!!!
