TELKOM MOBILE - NEVER USE THEM , THEY ROB PEOPLE AND TREAT YOU BADLY

As im writing this i have been on hold with these useless people for exactly 40 minutes and 12 seconds. i can here the call center agent pick up to see if im still there and then putting me on hold again! this company is an embarrassment and blatantly robbing people. I cancelled my contract with the in january and went onto prepaid. i had a crdit amount on my account due to over paying. a month ago i reached out ot get my money from them .. and was told it would take 7 days. a month later they still have not paid my money. its a small amount but its the principal. the first itme they closed my case because my phone wehnt to voicemail. i had to repoen anothe one. then i was told it has been resolved. with stillno money paid back, i was asked for banking details which i gave twice. today they read me the wrong bank details. i have had two agents hang up on me and this third one has just put me on hold for almost an hour. when i ask for a team leader i'm told hes busy! i asked them to pull my recording for them to see the correct banking details i gave them i was told by the agent she cant. this people are horrible and i would not recommend anyone to use their service. when they want you money they are quick to take it but for your to get your money back they duck and dive! and oh they are very good at responding on hello peter that they will get back to you and they never too. i have decided to take this further on platforms so these companies can stop taking customers for granted!
