Telkom Mobile - NEVER!!!!!!

Telkom Mobile Business is absolutely pathetic. They are suspending our phones because of a mistake THEY made on the statement. For more than a week, our business sits with NO cell phones that work and this causes a direct loss of income! When I call in, no one is competent to solve the problem, and you can't speak to any superior. I get impatient and then they simply put the phone in my ears. Telkom in Matlosana Mall's service is just so pathetic!!! None of their staff have access to the data system to correct the phones and account. All evidence has been sent to Telkom's head office many times so that the correction can be made, no one considers the matter to be serious. For sure I took all the right steps and spoke to the right people but it's simple, Telkom's service is as **** as it gets. No one is competent or even willing to try. The problem only hangs in the light while we suffer direct damage. Can someone from Telkom contact me now? *** / ***
