Telkom Mobile Network is Still Useless & Unreliable

After almost 3 years of absence from the Telkom mobile network, today i can confirm that telkom is still as useless & unreliable as ever. In this day & age, they are yet to perfect their USSD system. The system keeps telling me that my request will be completed in a few minutes. After loading airtime or data, you have to wait eons for their system to update. No other mobile network in SA still experience such primitive issues, not even the equally useless rain network. Just when it looked like the persistent network signal issues for which they are famous for were beginning to improve, there comes USSD problems. What kind of engineers do they hire? It's a disgrace.
