Telkom Mobile Network is slow and keeps crashing (******* Network)

Recently took an Uncapped Telkom mobile contract But the network is *******. Half the time anything I stream buffers; whether it be Netflix or YouTube and it is very annoying because, it is very difficult to log a fault with them and I pay my contract fee infull yet they are not meeting their end of the deal and are not providing the promised 10MBPs as per the contract, on top of that half the time the network seems to keep crashing or is extremely slow EVEN THOUGH their website Claims to have full 4G coverage in my area. I cannot keep paying the full contract fee while I do not get the service I signed up for !
