Telkom mobile network disconnected

For about a month now I can't receive any calls on my Telkom mobile contract. I have been to Telkom East Rand Mall and they logged a call with the technical department . I have not received any call back after I gave them my private contact number at Vodacom . In the meantime I am losing business because the calls don't come through on my phone. Sim card state mobile network disconnected . All settings were checked , I bought a new dim card and still problem are not solved. East Rand mall Telkom gave me the *** and still no feedback
