telkom mobile needs to pull up its socks

<p>I have had service issues and delay in turnaround times with both Telkom Finrite service centre and Telkom Sandton. I am now trying to contact Telkom Sandton as to hear where they are with my phone repairs and I can't get through. Loan phones are not available, even with insurance. They should probably review this business model due to a lack of efficiency in servicing. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hoping to get a phone back soon.</p>
