Telkom Mobile, My account was paid on the 7th of April 2025. It's now 3weeks later and my line is still suspended with no further explanation but "Our systems are off-line". Been calling their customer care line almost every single day and have been camping out at their branches and still DOLOLO. I asked for my number to be released and DOLOLO. Then there's their 1million and one authentication questions. Mind you me, this is my PRIMARY number for what will soon be my SME...
