Telkom mobile. money deducted from account but no phone delivered

<p>I app**** for the Huawei p9 lite. Got approved by vetting an they deducted R299 from my bank account. When they say someone will call u that never happens. I have wasted R500 air time calling Telkom. I need my phone urgently.</p>
