Telkom Mobile Mediocre Service

So I apply for an additional contract for my mum from my local Telkom Mobile store and after 3 weeks I give up because its one issue after the other. Logical thing is do it online because previously I had a pleasant experience no issues and immediately approved. 7 July I log it get a phone call back and application is done very professionally I'm informed it takes 3 business days thinking okay no issues there but that's where the nightmare starts. 10 July I phone the 10213 number speak to a agent and is informed its still at the credit vetting department I cannot comment it at this point. So I'm thinking ima phone on Monday because that's when the 3 days would officially have passed. Phone the Monday lo and behold sir its still at the credit vetting department we have no feedback as yet!. I'm thinking great communication from my service provider whom I have been with 8 years now. Friday 17 July I phone again sorry sir still at the vetting department no feedback as yet wow!!!. Monday 20 July I phone again and the lady bless her soul says well sir it was approved on Friday already so you only have to pay the deposit because your credit score is low ? Low like WTH I don't have debt I have 4 contracts with you whom I pay like clockwork on the agreed day other than the issues caused by Telkom going into your account because someone does not understand pay dates . So the issue here is not the deposit but more of the fact that loyal clients gets treated in such a manner. Loyal clients don't deserve the right to be kept informed, clients don't have the right to information that affects them. Irony in this situation is barely 2 hours after making that call I get a call from their call centre informing me that you are due for a update so which package would you like to take now !!!! Oh Wow response I have no intention of upgrading after the service I received from you!! because loyalty in today's day and age means nothing to service providers. Sad reality is that we are limited to 4 providers so they have a right to do with the consumer as they see fit.
