TELKOM MOBILE- MAJOR LET DOWN

I booked in my phone for repairs at Centurion branch three weeks ago- no update received from repairs department. I had to go twice to find out if there is any progress. The store doesn't even have a loan phone! As if that was not enough, I was also informed that the repairs department has not even started working on my phone. I'm really disappointed at the lack of service- no sense of urgency . Three weeks without a phone ? really ? But I guess that's not important to you because - come month end you are getting your money
