Telkom Mobile LTE speed

<p>Created an event with Telkom Mobile that the LTE speed Im getting at my home at night is pathetic. I just recently went into a 2 year contract with their supposed FAST LTE. Im getting like 2mb/s at times. My router has full signal and Im on an LTE-A device. Case no: ********** 8. I keep telling the operator that the tower doesnt have enough capacity for all the people running off it. Telkom operators keep going back to my reception on the router. Telkom I have FULL reception. The router reports LTE-A is supported. Pls help</p>
