Telkom Mobile LTE not working

For tje last week I have struggled with my Telkom Mobile LTE connection. The connection keeps on dropping to below 1Mb/s and I have been in contact with Telkom ut without any success. I pay more than R800/month and this is the service I receive. Please help!!!! If the issue persists I will have to cancel my contract and move to an internet provider that actually cares.
