Telkom Mobile LTE Beware!!!

If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.<br> Hi<br> <br> I signed up for Telkom Mobile LTE but regret it ever since! Yes it has fantastic speed but it also eats up data at an alarming rate, something the promo consultants don't tell you! <br> <br> We were desperate to find out how the data was used on one particular occasion when despite being super careful & ensuring all our devices were off, 3GB of data was used between 10:00pm & 12:00pm! No one at Telkom can explain, all they ask is if we were on Youtube which none of us went on at those times. <br> <br> The router was delivered on 28th March, but I was still charged the monthly fee of R160 despite the consultant telling me that it would be pro rata, Telkoms response was that \the service is pro rata not the product
