Telkom Mobile Lte

<p>i got a 15Gig contract with Telkom ( Telkom Lte ) includes device , </p> <p>Issue is as of december 2016 they have blocked the myunisa.ac.za domain.</p> <p>i have tried Cellc , Vodacom , Mtn , Adsl , all unisa sites works. i called Telkom to report the fault on 081180</p> <p>The agent was so unsure of how to help , still awaiting some1 to call me back , day3 , still no calls.</p> <p>i have already tested 3 other telkom lte routers with same issue , u cant connect to their website. also tried different laptops , pc's , tablets. possibly a firewall thats blocking all access from the unisa.ac.za Domain.</p> <p>Everytime u phone the call centre for help using the refrence no , they always say some1 will call ......</p> <p>knowing telkom agents ....they will never call </p> <p> </p> <p>ISSUE IS ON THE TELKOM MOBILE NETWORK</p> <p> </p>

Only got a call today 11/01/2017

This a a really big issue as students rely on your Lte network

- DNS used
- URL of sites giving problems
- Traceroute example to such a site

- DNS used :

Primary dns : 8.8.8.8

Secondary Dns : 8.8.4.4


- URL of sites giving problems : https://my.unisa.ac.za

Site Affected : any access to unisa.ac.za


- Traceroute example to such a site - Will email - when im @ home

I can use any of Telkom dns servers , issue is still the same
