Telkom Mobile line cancelled but not voicemail

On 23 Jan my Telkom Mobile line was correctly cancelled, as per my request - I can no longer make calls from this number. However, the voicemail has not been cancelled and anybody calling my number hears my voicemail. <br> <br> I logged a call ***8 and even followed up on it yet the voicemail is still active. The consultants insist the voicemail is cancelled (as per their system) but when I insist that they actually call my phone number they realise that there's a problem and somebody will get back to me - nobody has done so.<br> <br> This level of service is quite unacceptable!
