Telkom Mobile let's you buy data that you can't use in the allocated time

On the 4th of December I bought 4.5GB of on network telkom data knowing that I will be in the areas that I am always using Telkom data in. Oddly enough my network has been roaming since and subsequently I was unable to use the above-mentioned Telkom data. That data is expiring tonight at midnight (14 Days) and thus a loss for me. Telkom needs to stop us from buying on-network data in the weeks that it knows its experiencing network issues, or atleast pause on network data users expiration dates in those affected areas
