Your less than useless call centre agents on 081 180 and 10210 don't have a clue and if their babies aren't screaming over your chat maybe they'd be able to understand what you need. I've wasted 20 minutes been bounced from pillar to post only to get cut-off at each point with an automated useless bot!!!

All I want to do is change the APN settings on the Huawei router that is blocking my VPN setttings and none of the idiots that work for you are able to assist without cutting me offf
