TELKOM MOBILE KOLONNADE : SERVICE DISSATISFACTION

I am very displeased with the service that I have been receiving from the Telkom Mobile Kolonnade Shopping Centre Branch.

On the 2nd of October 2023 I updated my contract to FlexOn 2 with Huawei Nova 10SE, I was assisted and did all due paperwork and happily walked out the store with the devise in hand.

My dissatisfaction is regarding the optional Smar****ch (GT3 or GT4 – I can’t remember) which they did not have in stock, I was advised that I will be contacted to come pick up once they have received delivery of stock. I was not contacted so come end of October 2023 I called to find out what the holdup is and again towards the mid of November 2023 – No stock was the response.

I paid the shop a visit in December 2023 to find out the hold up, Only to be informed, to my suprise that the Smar****ch has been collected on the 12th of December 2023.

Mind you the Smar****ch was meant to be a Christmas gift for my wife who loves HUAWEI products, My planning was in good timing however Telkom disappoints me.

The manager was not available to assist me further so my details were taken and I was promised to be contacted, On the 29th December I was called to verify my store visit and Smar****ch scenario. The lady that called me said they will elevate the matter and I advised that they look at their CCTV footage on the alleged day of this said collection.

I have not been contacted to date.

Yesterday afternoon I visited the store again and I was not assisted in a satisfactory manner, I was told yet again that the Store Manager is not present and my matter sits with a Telkom Investigator who is dealing with my matter will get in touch with me on Monday, 8th January 2024.

I then requested the Telkom Head Office contact number and I was not assisted, in a rather rude manner. I was promised that I will “eventually” receive my device irrespective of the outcome.

I am losing my patience with Telkom Mobile Kolonnade Shopping Centre Branch back and forth as well poor customer service,
