Telkom mobile keeps *****ing from me

Hi<br> I wrote to Hello Peter at the beginning of this year with a complaint about Telkom mobile. I had opened a contract with them for a cellpohne (Sony Z3). I spent an entire month without a phone because they did not have the phone I wanted. I then opted for an iPhone, but that phone was faulty and I returned it less than 24hrs later. They wanted to book it for repairs. Needles to say, I canceled that contract. <br> In April - or there about - I got offered a smaller contract by them within th R100-R150 area, which I took for my little brother. Since then I have had to go to the bank at least once a month to reverse ridiculous debit orders by them. The debits range from R1500 to R5000. I asked the people at Telkom at Festival mall in Kempton park who had no idea what was going on. The said the account was now with NUBEBT, their collectors. I only approved a debit for the tiny Sony E1 and I get a statement every month for about R250. I also keep getting calls from debt collectors, saying that I'm in areas with my account, but my statements do not reflect that. and even if I hadn't paid since the beginning, the amounts they debit are just comical. This is a terrible inconvenience.
