Telkom mobile is very very bad service

My husband took out a contract for me as a birthday gift last year but we so much regret it... Due to us not picking up telkom network in our area, telkom made a deal with us that we will receive 5GB all network data every month to make up for the 10GB nightshift data that we cant use... Last month we never received the 5GB and we been calling customer service, went into a telkom store and even sent a email to the lady who is suppose to allocate the 5GB every month but no response from anyone... I cant wait for 2years to be over so we never have to deal with Telkom again!!!! Very very BAD SERVICE TELKOM!!!!
