Telkom mobile is USELESS!!!

TELKOM mobile you are USELESS!!! first your agents gave us wrong amounts to pay... Now service has been suspended... R116 due that could have been deducted with last debit order.... 2 days later and absolute NOBODY can help us payment was made from Absa to Absa but takes 48 hours to show in your account.... Lines are down... My app and portal is not working.... Cannot link accounts.... Ans then they tell me the turnaround time for this is 72 hours.... You cannot complain about your service because there is NO service!!!! Think I will rather pay more and go back to Vodacom
