Telkom Mobile is Useless!

I have been with Telkom Mobile for over 4 years, my contract came up for renewal recently, after calling over 4 different numbers I was still not able to make an upgrade as each person I spoke with said that I called the wrong number and gave me a different number to call. I then requested an upgrade via the website, it took them over 2 weeks to call me back to confirm the details and process the upgrade, I was then asked for my delivery address and was told my new phone would be delivered within 4 working days, its now 2 weeks later and no phone... After speaking to a consultant from Telkom mobile today I was told that there is no application in my name for a renewal! so I've been struggling with a broken phone for an entire month now only to find out my upgrade was never processed! Telkom is absolutely useless with administration! if they weren't cheaper than the competition i would have moved my services over ages ago!
