Telkom Mobile is useless

<p>We've had Telkom mobile with huawei LTE router for barely a month. Of that month we were out of the country for 2 weeks. Now Telkom tells me my 10 GB data have been fully used. Then we top up on Friday morning with another 1Gb and by Saturday morning that has also been depleted. The lady at the call centre says she can see we haven't used all of the data, yet they are unable to fix the issue and need a 72 hour turnaround time!
