Telkom Mobile is trash!

I don't even know where to begin. I haven't been able to use my phone for a week now. I can't use the internet no matter how much data I have. I can't make or receive calls. I can't send or receive SMSs. When I call the call center they all tell me all sorts of stories. Giving me codes and telling me about logging cases for me. This has happened before and I was told a case was logged, that was back in April. No one ever got back to me. It's June and it's happening again and I'm getting no joy from sitting with a phone I cannot use. No one seems to wanna help. I'm buying data and it's all going to waste as it ends up expiring without being used. I am tired of this. And considering changing networks now.
