Telkom Mobile is the most pathetic service

<p>I app**** about two weeks ago for a cellphone contract, got a SMS saying I was credit approved, later I get called saying the SMS was actually not an approval and I need to basically redo my entire application over the phone which I did, she then said that she will call me back once the credit check is done, which she did and said it was approved, this was last week, today I call them to find out what is happening and after being on hold for 15 minutes am told my application was declined. Truly pathetic service and a waste of my time, you have twice told me I am approved and that the next step is to wait for delivery , then when I call to find out I hear its declined? What a stupid company.</p>
