Telkom Mobile is terrible

Telkom mobile is the worst mobile service ypu can find specially when you have enquiries in springs Gauteng we have been having difficulty with our internet service from the 23rd of November we have called countless times and spoke to countless "service agents" who have logged complaints on our service and been told a person from the internet coverage department will phone us back within 42 hours it never happend once in all the times we phoned there would also have been a maintenance person put to look at the problem at the tower that also has not happend we pay money for a service we cant use we are losing hundreds of rands on internet deals that will expire soon and we where not able to use a product we paid for this is pathetic as i have been a customer for 6 years it might be time to move to a network that will actually do their part and give their customer what they pay for.
